When my son was born I was afraid of being a new mom. I read baby books, talked to family & friends, but still didn't know what to do with this 6lb person. 5 years later I'm still learning that we parent through trail & error (where is that parent handbook when we need it?). Some things work, some fail and some... we just don't know if it work or failed. The one thing that we can be certain of is that we try our darnest to raise our babies to be beautiful adults and human beings.
